PHOTOGRAPH ONGOING PROGRESS

Services include Photographic As-Builts for Exterior Milestone, Interior Milestones, MEP, Pre-Slab,
Pre-Existing Conditions, Finished Interiors, and Exterior Elevations.

PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS

This aspect captures the site prior to construction by recording all adjacent buildings, paving, structures, etc with a time and date history of each photograph that can be used in case of dispute regarding damage during or after construction.

EXTERIOR MILESTONE

Illustrates a broad, all-encompassing look at the exterior construction of the building–starting with ground breaking, to framing, to elevations skin cover up — completely around the entire perimeter of the project. Exterior Milestones runs in conjunction with the schedule of the owner/construction manager.

PRE-SLAB PHOTOGRAPHIC AS-BUILT

This shoot captures in fine detail post-inspection and prior to concrete being poured. The Photographic As-Built for this pre-slab phase will take place one time and displays a tremendous amount of detail of the reinforcement (rebar, mesh, post-tension) MEP’s, and moisture/vapor barrier prior to cover up.
